1. User Agreement Rules
By accessing or using Ponnomix, you agree to comply with these terms, our related policies, and any additional conditions shown during account registration, promotional participation, or order placement.
- You must provide accurate account and checkout information.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.
- Continued use of the platform after policy updates may constitute acceptance of revised terms.

All purchases on Ponnomix are subject to product availability, order verification, price confirmation, and successful payment or approved payment method validation.

- Ponnomix may cancel, limit, or decline an order if pricing errors, stock conflicts, payment issues, or fraud concerns are identified.
- Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and may vary due to logistics conditions.

3. Refund & Return Reference
Returns and refund decisions are governed by the applicable Ponnomix return and refund policy, including product eligibility, request timing, inspection outcome, and payment reversal method.

4. Prohibited Activities
Users may not misuse Ponnomix or attempt to interfere with store operations, account security, payment integrity, or platform reliability.
- Creating false accounts, placing fraudulent orders, or abusing promotional campaigns.
- Attempting unauthorized access to customer accounts, systems, APIs, admin panels, or restricted data.
- Uploading malicious code, scraping protected content, or disrupting service performance.
- Using the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing conduct.
5. Account Termination Rules
Ponnomix may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we believe there has been policy abuse, fraudulent conduct, repeated payment failure misuse, harmful behavior toward the platform, or activity that creates security or legal risk.
Where appropriate, customers may also request voluntary closure of their accounts through official support channels.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Ponnomix, including branding, layouts, product presentation assets, icons, graphics, text, source code elements, and platform design components, remains the property of Ponnomix or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Usage restriction
No platform content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ponnomix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use, order interruptions, delivery delays, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes relating to use of Ponnomix shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdictional requirements.
